This visit allows us to understand your outdoor space and explore your ideas with you. Should you wish to proceed to the design phase, we’ll walk you through the design package costs and work together to outline a plan that aligns with your expectations and budget. During this initial walkthrough, we’ll carefully discuss your lifestyle and how you and your family use your outdoor space. We’ll address your preferences, whether it’s incorporating existing elements or clearing the way for fresh features. Our detailed garden survey completes this phase, gathering all the measurements and details needed for a precise design.
Once the survey is completed, Dean begins work on your concept design. We’ll then schedule a follow-up visit to present this design to you. During this meeting, you’ll see a scaled drawing of your garden plan, along with mood boards for materials and plant choices that capture the ambiance you’re aiming for. To bring your vision to life, we’ll also provide as many physical samples as possible, from paving materials to textures, helping you picture the final result in detail. As we walk through your garden together, we’ll use the scaled drawing to highlight key features and dimensions, allowing you to visualize the design in your space.
Once you’re satisfied with the project design, we’ll schedule a start date and complete a project agreement to ensure clarity on each step of the journey. From start to finish, we personally oversee every detail of your project, managing all aspects of scheduling, deliveries, and communications, so nothing gets overlooked.
As fully accredited members of the British Association of Landscape Industries (BALI) and the Association of Professional Landscapers (APL), we carry the Trustmark government endorsement.
