As a hands-on professional, Dean personally manages the design and creation of each garden design and horticulture project, ensuring every element is executed with precision.
In addition to Dean’s expertise, our clients benefit from Jodie’s extensive background in project management and quality assurance, gained from over two decades of experience in the NHS. Jodie meticulously manages all aspects of design and build projects, coordinates supplier and contractor relationships, leads the accreditation processes, and is often out on-site to ensure every detail meets our high standards. The APL is a trade body affiliated to the Horticultural Trade Association (HTA), which promotes the highest level of standards within the industry.
We are inspected annually to ensure we have up to date insurances, comply with health and safety law and that our quality of work remains to the highest standard.
The vetting process for the APL accreditation is so rigorous that it is the only landscaping trade body whose members have been accepted by the Government backed TrustMark accredited scheme www.trustmark.org.uk.

To ensure high standards are kept, BALI membership is only granted to companies and individuals who meet the Association's stringent Terms & Conditions of Membership, and their continuation of membership depends upon the maintenance of satisfactory standards, abiding to the Association’s Code of Conduct and working to the Association’s Quality Standard. The purpose of the Quality Standard is to ensure that Accredited members can demonstrate that they have sufficient commitment, systems, skills, resources and controls in place to consistently meet relevant customer, legislative and regulatory requirements in a measured and professional manner.
