This thoughtfully designed garden transformed a large lawn into a series of distinctive, purposeful zones, each fulfilling a specific function for the clients. The kitchen garden area, equipped with a Rhino greenhouse, timber shed, raised planters, and fruit trees, provides space for growing produce. A shaded pergola with a mixed shrub border creates a cosy seating area, while a private patio accessible from the master bedroom offers a serene morning retreat with prairie-style planting for relaxation. The expansive entertaining area includes a porcelain patio and block-paved cooking area, perfect for BBQs and smoking, framed by Mediterranean-inspired plants. Raised stone beds help define each section, and a dedicated wildlife corner features a pond, seating, a multi-stem silver birch, and meadow planting to attract local fauna. To add vibrancy, a hot planting bed with colorful blooms punctuates the garden, visible from the main patio.
