Garden Designed with Distinct Zones to Reflect Diverse Styles

Our client had a deep appreciation for a variety of garden styles but struggled to choose just one. To meet her desires, the garden was designed with separate zones, each reflecting the distinct styles she loved, creating a harmonious space that offered something for every mood and preference.

The first zone, a formal English garden, features block-paved paths and low hedging, alongside classic English-style planting. This area evokes a sense of tradition and refinement, with neatly arranged plants and symmetrical layouts. Adjacent to this, a Mediterranean zone was created with a metal louvered roof pergola providing shade over a porcelain patio. Mediterranean-inspired planting, such as lavender and olive trees, enhances the sun-drenched, relaxed atmosphere, perfect for enjoying the warmth of the outdoors.

At the heart of the garden is a central water feature, carefully placed to be viewed and heard from all areas. This addition serves as a tranquil focal point, uniting the different zones and providing soothing sounds throughout the space. To complete the design, a dedicated kitchen garden was incorporated, featuring a Rhino greenhouse, raised vegetable beds, and fruit trees. This productive space allows the client to grow fresh produce, offering a practical yet beautiful element to the garden.
